One day of yoga a week turned into three which turned into five to six days a week of hot vinyasa flow. My passion was ignited, and I saw such a transformation in my physical self as much as my mental state of mind. Yoga was no longer a workout to me – it was a way of living. My yoga practice began to embody the life I never knew I had waiting for me.
WHERE I STAND TODAY
Today, I am healthier than I’ve ever been – physically, mentally, and spiritually rooted. I run an ever-growing yoga + lifestyle blog that I love with every fiber of my being. I earned my yoga teacher certification in Nicaragua last year, and I now teach around the city in my spare time. I am in love with the people in my life, and I feel very lucky.I couldn’t be more grateful for my past, because without it, I wouldn’t have the passion instilled in me now. My experiences have shaped my way of thinking, and I truly believe everything happens for a reason.
